Unfortunately there was a small mix up, and i was sent 4mm garnets instead of 5mm garnets. Still, in their usual excellent service, as soon as I let them know, I had a speedy reply and the promise to send the correct size out in the next order. You can't beat customer service like this, and as a business ower myself- I truly appreciate the level of care.
