Our refund timeline adheres to the following guidelines:
- Our policy allows for refunds within 7 days of purchase.
- If 2 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
- Upon receiving the item back to us, we will process the refund within 48 hours. It should then reflect in your account within next 24 hours.
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at labradoriteking@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us before it ships. We will gladly cancel the order and issue a full refund within 48 hours of confirmation.
Please note: Once the package has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If you no longer want the item, you will be responsible for returning the package at your own expense.
